About WOB NED Circle

A WOB NED Circle is a group of individuals who serve on the boards of different companies or organisations or advise boards. These individuals come together to form a circle with the purpose of sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices related to their roles as non-executive directors.

The circle provides a confidential and trusted environment for directors to share knowledge, discuss issues and sensitive matters, exchange ideas and gain insights and a fresh perspective on contemporary topics. It can serve as a support system during difficult situations and be a forum for exploring innovative ideas in corporate governance and leadership. By learning from each other and accessing collective wisdom, insights and fellowship, participants can become more effective and valuable contributors to the companies they serve.
